Once your order is confirmed & the payment's cleared, your order will be processed by our dispatch department. The item will then be dispatched in a satchel / crate with your purchase invoice attached. We will also email you a shipping confirmation email containing a copy of this invoice as well as tracking number to ensure peace of mind.
To track your item, you will need to visit the courier's website and enter your tracking number on their  Track & Trace section. Alternatively, you can ring the carier's customer service help line to track your item. If you have difficulties tracking your item, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you with your query.

DELIVERY TERMS:
Remember to leave us your contact number, so that we can contact you if required. Your bike will be delivered to the address specified on your invoice, unless advised otherwise. If this is not the address that you wish your bike to be delivered to, please advise prior to payment otherwise redirection fees will apply for any change of delivery address, depending on the suburb and state, the redirection fee will vary.
The standard rule that applies with Toll Ipec / Star Track and many other carriers now due to OH&S is for all items over 40kg may require a forklift on site to unload this item. For a tailgate door to door delivery, a  fee applies. For quotes please contact Gold Coast Scooters, price will depend on the area and the item.

For Business With Forklift On Site:
Gold Coast Scooters suggest that you contact the freight company within the next day or two after receiving your tracking number to confirm the best delivery date and time suitable to you,  between 9am- 5pm from Monday to Friday only. We cannot advise on a specific time for delivery, so if no one is on site at the time of the delivery the driver may leave a card and you may make arrangements with them to pick up your item at the nearest depot.  If you miss the first delivery and wish for freight to be redeliverd to your address a redelivery fee will apply, to make this arrangement you will need to contact Gold Coast Scooters directly. Items will only be held for maximum 2 days at the depot for pick up, if you do not pick up within 2 days your item may be sent back to the sender. To resend any item back to you postage fees will apply.

For Private Residential Address:
You will need to have 3 people on site to unload this item off the truck or may require to have a forklift on site. If you do not have a forklift available on site you will need to pick up this item from the nearest depot. Item will only be held for maximum 2 days at the depot for pick up, if you do not pick up within 2 days your item may be sent back to the sender. To resend any item back to you postage fees will apply.
