- Australia Post or TNT/Toll/StarTrack are used for all our deliveries.
- All delivery charges are based on the applicable rate provided by our carriers.
- Transit Insurance is an option at checkout.
- A tracking number is provided to you by email.
- We post every business day.
- We are based on the Gold Coast, Australia. ( Online Only ).
WHAT can be returned ?
Only products which are faulty are returnable. We do not accept returns if you change your mind.

HOW do customers return items ?
Ensure product is packaged in original packing for faulty product on opening. For warranty returns ensure that product is sufficiently package to prevent further damage as this may void the warranty claim.
CREDIT for returns ?
We offer store credit or product exchange for faulty products.
Standard returns policy
- We have described the item to the best of our ability. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 60 days of you receiving the item.
- The item must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping will be the customers responsibility.
-We will not except returns if you change your mind.
